How does the sizing run?
Our size guide lists garment measurements flat, in centimetres and inches, for every size we stock.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our supplier in China. Orders placed before 9pm (UK time) on a working day are usually prepared the same day. Delivery to a UK address then takes a further 7 to 10 business days, so roughly 7 to 11 business days in total. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on orders over £30.
Can I exchange for another size?
We do not offer direct swaps. Return an unworn piece with its tags within thirty days for a full refund, then place a new order in the size you need. Returns go to our returns facility in China and the return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are on the care label sewn into each garment. As a rule: wash less often, wash cooler, and dry flat rather than in a machine.
