Shipping costs

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free on orders of £30 or more. Below that, standard delivery is £3.95, tracked. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and there is no separate handling fee.

Where we deliver

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you are ordering from outside the UK, checkout will tell you so before you enter any payment details.

Where your order is dispatched from

Our stock is supplied by partners based in China, and orders are dispatched from there rather than from a warehouse in the United Kingdom. We tell you this before you buy, because it affects both how long delivery takes and where a return has to go.

How long it takes

Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 business day. Orders placed before 9pm UK time on a working day are usually prepared the same day; anything after that moves to the next business day. Delivery to a UK address then takes a further 7 to 10 business days, so roughly 7 to 11 business days in total from the moment you order.

These are estimates in business days, not guarantees. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, and not on weekends or public holidays. Carrier delays, customs and severe weather can add time, and we will tell you if we know a parcel is running late.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow it at any time on our tracking page. Tracking information usually goes live within 1 to 2 business days of dispatch. If it is still blank after that, email us and we will chase it.

Duties and taxes

All prices shown at checkout include the taxes applicable to your delivery address. You will not be asked for any further import charges on a UK delivery.

Delivery addresses, damaged and lost parcels

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately. We can change it before the parcel is packed, but not after.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the item. If tracking has not moved for several days, or the carrier has marked a parcel delivered and you do not have it, get in touch. We will investigate with the carrier and, once it is confirmed lost, replace the order or refund you in full.

Returns
