Who we are
Draycott Clothing is the trading name of Zwinglicom, a general partnership registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42161346. We are a Dutch business and we sell to customers in the United Kingdom, in pounds sterling.
What we do, and what we do not do
We choose and sell clothing. We do not design it and we do not manufacture it. Our work is in deciding what goes into the range, pricing it fairly, and looking after you once you have ordered.
We would rather say that plainly than dress it up. Plenty of shops imply they run a workshop. We do not have one.
Where your order comes from
Our stock is supplied by our international fulfilment partner, and orders are dispatched from there rather than from a warehouse in the United Kingdom. Returns go back to the same place.
We tell you this before you buy rather than afterwards, because it affects both how long delivery takes and how a return works. The full terms are on our returns page.
Customer service
Our support is handled by us, in English, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. We answer within one business day. Messages that arrive at the weekend are picked up on Monday.
